We know how excited you are to receive your order, and getting it to you is our top priority!
Since many of our warehouses are located internationally, shipping times can vary, and we’re not able to offer next-day delivery just yet.
Here’s how our process works:
Processing Time:
Once your payment clears, we get to work on your order right away. We strive for a fast processing time between 1–4 days.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time refers to how long it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep.
On average, this takes 10–15 days, but it can sometimes vary.
Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use it to check your order’s location anytime here.
Keep in mind that most shipping companies offer tracking, but it’s not guaranteed for every shipment.
